Polster is a design/build company founded in 1979, it was one of the first Unigraphics installations in the St. Louis region. Using both Unigraphics and CATIA, Polster is able to support customers nationwide. Our disciplines include CNC machining, manual machining, tooling, and assembly.

Polster Tool Engineering, Inc. was awarded the prestigious Preferred Supplier Award at the Silver Performance Level from The Boeing Company. Polster is also a supplier to Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, GKN, Thayer and many more.

Our new 16,500 sq. ft. facility in St. Louis includes a climate-controlled machine shop which utilizes cellular manufacturing structured to Lean manufacturing principals. Our Quality Management System
is compliant to ISO 9001:2000/AS9100B.
