Polster can produce parts from simple parts to complex contoured machined parts. Our CNC machine tools are linked to Unigraphics, which allows accurate, complex machining of your part model. Some of our manufacturing services are:

All N/C Programming is performed using Unigraphics software. We accept data by e-mail, modem, CD, or magnetic disk. For companies that do not use Unigraphics we can accept a parasolid or, we have IGES and STEP translation available. We can also machine from electronic models without requiring a dimensioned drawing.

Our Quality Department is ISO 9001:2000/AS9100B Compliant. And, our Coordinate Measuring Machine has a travel of 60" x 48" x 30" and a base of 108" x 60".
